Whether it be from a career, a relationship, or a hobby. It’s easy to get carried away in your work, hobby, and relationships to a point of taking on more than you can manage. But if you’re feeling overwhelmed, kindly give yourself a break. 

And while on a break, try some of these stress management tips to help balance your workload. Ensure you are taking care of yourself by eating healthily and drinking enough water.
